Cold Air Returns
Tired of that ugly metal cover for your cold air return, wall or ceiling vent? Replace it with one of our beautiful custom made hardwood vents & air returns. These vents can usually be floor, wall or ceiling mounted. We can build them to either drop in or be flush mounted. The Grate Style standard is made from 4/4 solid wood with 1" open squares surrounded by 1/2" solid wood interlocked to make it extremely strong and durable. The Louvered is made 1/4" thick for wall and 5/16" or greater for floor models depending upon wood choice, span and expected residential or commercial use. We have added the unparalleled strength of thick 5/4 or 1 1/4" solid wood stock in some woods in case you want a choice. All vents are considered wall or ceiling mounted with self rimming lips unless specified in your order.

Floor Louvered Vents

Floor Louvered Oak can have thicker Louvers (depending upon wood choice, span, load bearing situation etc.) Available in Self Rimming (surface mount w/ lip) or Flushmount with or without a Frame. (All vents are considered Wall or ceiling vents and have lips unless specified Floor Vents or "Surface Mount/Flush Mount no Lip")
